  * Refresh fix-.ssh-permissions patch.
  * Rewrite debian/copyright in DEP5 format.
  * Fix debian/watch to download tarball instead of zipball.
  * New patch disable-interactive-mode which disables interactive mode in
    gl-setup script on new install.
