Hello everybody,

up until now we managed to hold the MC meetings fairly regularly and in
a good way. Recently we had trouble achieving quorum because some
members were travelling or on holidays or in states of
FeatureFreeze-esque frenzy.

To not let applications pile up, we decided to handle the four
applications of Martin-Éric Racine, Andres Rodrigues, Benjaming Drung
and Cody A.W. Somerville via email for now.

We're confident we'll have the issue resolved soon again. Thanks for
