Participation of Marco Rodrigues (Kmos) in Ubuntu development

I'm just checking to see if the MC has recinded it's request that Marco 
Rodrigues refrain from participating in Ubuntu development has been lifted.

I noticed in my bugmail today that he has started again (and the quality 
appears to be consistent with that which lead to the initial request):
