    Clarification of MOTU Council Meeting wiki page (1)
        Additional text was added to the wiki page to guide  applicants
to follow the application process, rather than just adding themselves to
the agenda.
    Review of action items from the last meeting
        The action to request a proposed charter from the MOTU Release
team was reviewed, and a backup plan developed in case the planned note
could not be sent soon.
