Mathieu Trudel (cyphermox) to become a Contributing Developer

    An unquorate subset of the members of MOTU Council have determined
that Mathieu Trudel shall be considered a Contributing Developer,
having previously been approved as an Ubuntu Member, and having
significant support from other members of the Development Community
and development records on launchpad indicating a sufficiency of
involvement.
