I personally feel we should leave this part of the discussion now. As I
pointed out in the thread I started on ubuntu-devel@ I think it would
help a lot more to try to come to the point of "if something similar
ever happens again, I will behave differently in these points because of
the experience I made here".


The bar for doing good conflict resolution is very high. Trying
 * to get people together,
 * discuss options for an improved solution and
 * find a compromise or
 * at least decide on a reasonable plan to maintain a delta
requires time, patience and unbiased mediation.


If the MOTU Release Team (and other teams that are in a similar
position) decided to do something along those lines for future use, I
think that'd be perfect.
