MOTU application for Michael Casadevall (NCommander/sonicmctails)

I can't really speak about his packaging skills as I don't recall
having sponsored any of his work on that front, but I want to state
that I've been impressed by all his contributions and the feedback
from his sponsors.

His contributions to REVU were indeed very substantial (although they
needed a bit of polish) and I have faith in that if he invests the
same energy in packaging tasks, as he already seems to be doing, he
has big potential to move Ubuntu forward.
