I met Charlie when he joined the mentoring reception and also sponsored
or helped him out with a couple of uploads. I found him to be a serious
and respectful contributor, he is always available to help others
whenever he can, he is dealing well with upstream; in my opinion he is
absolutely worthy to be recognised officially as a member of the
community.
