I vote +1 for Stefan's application. The uploads I checked myself were
all good or Stefan was very quick to fix them. The feedback of his
sponsors and people who worked with him is outstanding.

I'm convinced that Stefan knows his areas of improvement. Still I'd like
to give Stefan the advise to ask for help and advice in situations like
the one above. We're not just like colleagues, but a lot of us are
friends and will help when asked.
