Indeed.

To be perfectly honest, I don't. Since I can't imagine anyone wants to
join core-dev to *introduce* bugs, saying that you want to "fix bugs" is
like saying that you want to "upload things", "do work", "perform
actions", or other things of similar infinitesimal entropy.
