I have met Andrea at the beginning of his journey and I was immediately 
impressed by his competence, commitment and personality.
I have witnessed his progress and I believe he is now indeed ready to be given 
upload responsibilities.
I have no doubt that he will be a great MOTU and I'm looking forward to see 
him formally joining the team.
