saying me not knowing this individual means that this individual isn't a
strong community member but it does beg the question of how we measure that
as I've never seen an application before where I haven't atleast seen their
name before.

</div>Me neither. And why would it matter ? You&#39;re - as well as I am - not involved in<br>
the teams Fabien is involved in. This simply proves he doesn&#39;t make unnecessary<br>
noise, and I wouldn&#39;t call that a blocker. As long as the<br>
developers/core-developers who he is working with are happy with his work,<br>
