Technical Board meeting, 2008-06-17

We had to defer both core developer applications at today's meeting, as Mark
wasn't present and Scott lost connection early on.  I talked with both
candidates, but we couldn't make any decisions without a quorum.

Mark, Scott: please review the material available to you and make whatever
arrangements are necessary in order for you to participate in a vote,
including speaking with the candidates if you like.  I'll check back with
you and nag until the process is complete.
