Ubuntu Contributing Developers for Onkar Shinde (slytherin)

I'm not sure if my voice counts, but if it does, +1 from me.

I'm surprised Onkar already isn't part of a development team. I greatly enjoyed
working with him on Java packages, and I think he will prove a valuable addition
to the team.
