Guys, don't get paralyzed by analysis. If Marco has been constantly 
counterproductive, it's perfectly acceptable to censure him by politely 
asking him not to participate. As long as:

 - we have made reasonable efforts to get communication going
 - there is no argument of a personal, or vindictive, attitude from 
Ubuntu leaders
 - he really isn't listening, then it's ok to ask him not to 
participate, and to enforce that

When doing so, never EVER be a smartass, though, and never EVER be 
vindictive because of a personal issue. If you are personally offended, 
wait a day before composing your reply, because you will be calmer and a 
better leader that way.
