Scott, I'd love to have you on the team, but I'm afraid I cannot endorse
your application at this point. If you could demonstrate a wider set of
skills and experience with a broader set of packages, I'd be happy to
accept your application, but as it stands, I feel I have no choice but
to give a -1.

Let me stress that I'm quite sure that you're very skilled, but I need
to have something more than a gut feeling to back this up.
