I remember way back when, when Stephan was getting involved in Ubuntu, around 2005 or so. This wonderful community member actually went so far as to have core-dev membership, if I remeber correctly.

So it goes without saying that he gets a big +1 from me. A lot of people, including myself, have learnt from him, even if in small ways, and he has always been a wonderful addition to the team, whether with upload rights or not.
