Regarding your own application, I asked Daniel, the MOTU Council and the
Technical Board last week whether it had been responded to, and nobody
has answered me yet.  I guess I have my answer now, and I apologize on
behalf of the Board for the fact that you didn't receive an answer.

Are there any other applicants you're aware of which may be in a similar
situation?  You seem to imply that there are.
