MOTU Application #2 (juliank) (Julian Andres Klode)

Dear MOTU Council,

this is my second application for MOTU. The first time I applied, mvo said I
should work with the team a bit more and build a stronger relationship with
the existing members.

Since that point, I made several things, including upload, syncs, and
contributed multiple patches. I also discussed with some MOTUs on IRC about
machine-readable copyright.

[ I also did some things on the Debian side, like getting aufs sync'able
(BTW I'm now Debian Maintainer and passed P&P in Debian's NM process). I'm
also the co-maintainer of readahead-list in Debian. ]
