Me neither. And why would it matter ? You're - as well as I am - not involved in
the teams Fabien is involved in. This simply proves he doesn't make unnecessary
noise, and I wouldn't call that a blocker. As long as the
developers/core-developers who he is working with are happy with his work,
that point is IMHO completely irrelevant.

PS: However, I do think that Fabien should apply for core-dev directly, as
anyway going through the MOTU process is more or less useless to him, based on
the list of the packages he has uploaded so far ({hardy,intrepid}-changes, not LP)
