Mine voting on current MOTU/core-dev applications

Hello,

just a short mail to inform everybody that I won't vote on MOTU/core-dev
applications till September.
It has nothing to do with the current discussion, it just that I'm
currently too busy to properly review applications (or even review them
at all), so I won't vote till I've the needed time again (which should
be in September).
