I think we're dealing with separate issues here:
a) Did Till demonstrate poor judgment?
I'm still slightly undecided. If someone like pitti said that it was
fine (which was the case here, as I understand it?) I have a hard time
blaming people for accepting that.
b) Something else which I'm having difficulty pinpointing.. Something
about bureaucracy.. I'll have to think about it.
