I have no doubts about the technical skills due to Phillip being a DD, and no 
doubts likewise that he has learned the ubuntu differences. Furthermore I see 
him hanging around on irc quite often, and I'm convinced he's already a part 
of the MOTU community. Hence a clear +1 from me as well.
