Hi,

I strongly recommend Loïc for MOTU membership, he's doing an amazing job
in the Debian for some years, has good technical skills and deal with
bugs submitters and upstream in a constructive way. He joined the Ubuntu
distribution team recently and already did some valuable contributions
there (trackling some of the gutsy milestoned bugs for example)
