I'm very very happy with the work that Fernando has been doing. He
learnt quickly, is a good team player and quickly stepped up when there
was work to do.

He was happy to go through extra iterations of the review process to fix
minor nitpicks, and made use of the knowledge acquired that way in later
uploads.

I'm confident he's a good addition to the MOTU team.
