Great!
This was basically one of the things that I really missed at this particular
example: a lack of coordination between teams. (I stumbled only on this bug
because I was affected myself, and could only thus follow up and fix stuff).
I guess for bigger breakages a mail to the motu mailing list with a
corresponding bug or with some advice of what packages to fix in what way
might additionally help in coordinating effords.
