I would also like to pledge my approval for Harald's application and fully 
support him. He's quick-to-learn and has many high quality packages.

I have also learnt things from him where he has corrected me on some things I 
thought could be trivial on his packages.

The Kubuntu and Ubuntu MOTU would indeed benefit from his addition.
