Proposal for ubuntu-core-dev nomination

Hi,

I think you should propose Sarah Hobbs (Hobbsee) for core-dev
membership.  She has been around for a long time and the work I've
seen from her has been good.  In addition to being good technically,
she seems to know the limit of her skills and is not afraid to ask for
help or advice on packages or parts of the system she knows less
well.

All in all, I think she would make a good addition to the core
development team.
