Jordan has demonstrated during two prior consecutive development cycles
that he is capable of working well on the Edubuntu team, and the
derivative itself is indebted to his efforts.  His grasp of the Ubuntu
development lifecycle is evident in his MIRs and work on Edubuntu
specifications.  I welcome him as a core-dev.
