I've sponsored two things in this period and both of them were good, but not 
ready for upload.  I think Andrea is making valuable contributions and should 
continue working towards being a MOTU, but in the small sample I saw, I don't 
think the quality level is there for unsupervised uploading yet.  

I'm particularly concerned that there was sloppiness at a time when he's been 
told to be on his best behavior.

Please don't give up, just keep working on better consistency and working with 
the other members of the community.
