MOTU Application for Jamie Strandboge

I've sponsored a few of Jamie's uploads, and I'd be very comfortable
having him aboard the MOTU team.

Jamie's general technical skills are unquestionable, he's done excellent
work in our security team, and I'm confident Jamie will be able to do
really good work on a lot of stuff in universe. While we haven't seen a
lot of uploads with Jamie's name on them, I believe he has a firm grasp
of the concepts involved, and I know that Jamie thinks things through
and is not afraid to ask questions, so I'm happy to give my +1 and am
looking forward to see more of Jamie's great work applied in universe.
