Mario Limonciello to become MOTU

Hello everybody,

after Mario's initial application was rejected on some objections, I'm
pleased to announce that after some additional work that Mario put into
the Distro and into Mythbuntu and smashing feedback from people he
worked with, three of five council members voted with +1. The votes of
Daniel T. Chen and Gauvain Pocentek are still missing, but we decided to
go ahead with out them.
