I sponsored only two or maybe three of his uploads. They were absolutely
ok and I was under the impression that William made great efforts to
conform to all policies and do everything the right way (including the
use of bzr, etc).
Looking at the thread for now, I'd probably recommend making a few more
uploads and re-applying after that again. William, what do you think
about that?
