Inactive MOTUs

Hello everybody,

as agreed in the early days of the MOTU Council we wanted to get a
better overview of who's still active in MOTU land and who's not.

Therefore Gauvain and I checked the member list and mailed a few people
(on 07 Mar 2007) and asked them to state what their current MOTU plans
are. The people on the list below either replied back that they were
busy with life or didn't reply at all.

We'd like to ask the Technical Board to deactivate the MOTUs mentioned.
Re-applying for re-activation of team membership will be easy enough.
