Hi,

In the Montreal sprint, we have discussed how to smooth out some of the
kinks we have in supporting various buffer constructs we have (buffer
streams, presentation chains, eglstreams).

We have come up with a proposal [1]. Please take a look. Any feedback is
appreciated.
