Branching

We branched this yesterday:
     lp:mir/0.2

It's the place where versions 0.2.* will be stabilized and released 
from. Meanwhile, all changes should still go to development-branch first.

So there are two target milestones open at present:
     0.2.0 - Fixes already applied to the 0.2 stable branch
     0.3.0 - All other fixes applied to development-branch since the branch.

Almost any fix targeted for 0.3.0 can of course be targeted to some 
stable release 0.2.*, but keep in mind "0.2" represents a stable ABI 
series so anything that would change the ABIs after 0.2.0 is tagged has 
to live on the future series 0.3 or later.

And yes, almost all Mir releases still change some ABI somewhere. So for 
a little while at least we expect most point releases to necessitate new 
series'. But hopefully that won't stay true for long.
