[ANNOUNCE] Mir 0.1.4

Hi all,
just working on the launchpad "paper work" for promoting the 0.1.4 from our
dev branch into trusty through our release process.
I wanted to highlight that there is a client abi break associated with this
in case there are any folks out there using mir client api that we might
not know about.
So you will see the .so name change to libmirclient5 for the latest client
library. It shouldn't require a code change but a rebuild should do the
trick.
