mir server api distillation

hi all,
Sometime back when we began the venture of creating unity-mir, a layer for
the new Unity8 shell to provide window management for Mir, we took the
strategy of exposing most of the Mir server interface with the intention of
distilling down the exposure to what is really needed by the shell after
implementing. Now the time has come for this distillation process. So, in
the coming weeks you may see some pruning occur.

We realize there may be Mir users/followers out there, so we wanted to
share with you that this will be happening. One guide to this is the headers
used by the "internal clients" of the Mir
server<https://docs.google.com/a/canonical.com/document/d/1cLVfnBh4Z01uUZXiX3ocSw3_MXSDuR4Cv9sHxE-V7Xw/edit>
[1].
These are the headers that will remain public for the near term, while
other headers will be pruned back into private status. So if you are
utilizing a header that doesn't appear on this list, please share with us
what & why for further consideration.
