Unity8/Mir Dependencies Update

Inprocess EGL is fixed on both android and gbm.

Platform API: lp:~robertcarr/platform-api/mir  (cmake: 
-DAPPLICATION_UI_IMPLEMENTATION=mirserver)
Qtubuntu: lp:~robertcarr/qtubuntu/mirserver (run qmake from 
src/platforms). Ditto for qtubuntu/mirclient

To build platform API this imminently landing branch to mir is required:

eglplatform.h modification is no longer required with HEAD from 
https://github.com/RAOF/mesa/tree/mir-ppa (Should release to PPA soon).

phablet-integrate-mir needs to be built without the software cursor 
(interface changes in input conglomeration did not yet land, but we have 
hardware cursor now anyway), as in 
lp:~robertcarr/unity/phablet-integrate-mir-no-sw-cursor
