update of android build scripts

Hello all,
After revision 540, the build scripts for cross compiling have changed a 
bit. The impact that this has is:

1) if you were using lp:~kdub/mir/ndk-rewrite, it is now deprecated 
(i'll delete the branch soon). All scripts needed are in lp:mir
2) we now fetch the packages right from the phablet team ppa. You might 
have to add this ppa to your armhf sources.list

Here is my example sources.list for building mir:

deb [arch=armhf] http://ports.ubuntu.com/ubuntu-ports/ quantal main 
restricted universe multiverse
deb [arch=armhf] http://ppa.launchpad.net/phablet-team/ppa/ubuntu 
quantal main
