Mir bug mail

Hmm, not working. I can see two (new) bugs that I should have got emails 
about but never did. Now I'm only getting emails about Mir bugs I logged 
myself.

Guess I'll add a personal subscription. But we really should fix it so 
that mir-team receives at least [NEW] bug mail.
