Yes, please, close off 0.0.4.

If the milestones don't mean anything then maybe we need to not have 
any, or make them more distant (like 0.1 or 1.0).

It's only the inaccuracy of what we communicate in launchpad that 
bothers me. And it's particularly inaccurate right now.
