  * Build from the Linaro 4.5 2010.09 release.
  * gcc-4.5: Include the Linaro changelog.

  * The package version identifier specified with --with-pkg-version, e.g.
        gcc-4.5 (Ubuntu/Linaro 4.5.1-7ubuntu1) 4.5.1
    changes with every upload of this package and should not be used
    to define any ABI or API version in other package builds.
