shutter (0.86.3-0ubuntu2) maverick; urgency=low

  * debian/control: Move gnome-web-photo and libgoo-canvas-perl
    from Suggests to Recommends in accordance with the upstream
    developer's wishes. Functionality exposed in the default
    toolbar should work out of the box. (LP: #549679)
