  * jasper_setup: fix fstab creation
  * jasper_growroot:
   - add e2fsck call (LP: #594756)
   - use fdisk to get the blocksize of first partition
   - move removal of fake mtab file to end of the script
   - rework logging to /dev/.initramfs/jasper.log
   - rework partitioning code
   - fix SIZE detection
