pygobject (2.21.4-0ubuntu2) maverick; urgency=low

  * New upstream release:
    - Build the cairo shim as a python module so the _gi module stops linking to
      it
    - add drawing area demo
    - sort the demo list
    - rename iter to treeiter so we aren't using a python reserved word
    - Fixup for change in buffer API
    - add ListStore, TreeStore and TreeViewColumn APIs
    - Add unit test for add_actions user data.
    - Pass user_data param when adding actions
    - add an exception type to the try/except block
    - return PyList instead of PyTuple for array, return empty list for NULL
      arrays
    - Fix 'make distcheck'
    - Allow building pygobject without introspection support by providing
      --disable-introspection to configure.
    - Make sure that sys.argv is a list and not a sequence.
    - Force loading the GObject typelib so we have available the wrappers for
      base classes such as GInitiallyUnowned.
    - we shouldn't g_array_free NULL pointers
    - remove unneeded TextIter creation in the tests
    - add override for TextBuffer
    - fix up some build issues
    - make the overrides file git friendly by appending to __all__ after each
      override
    - Override Dialog constructor and add_buttons method
    - Merge PyGI
  * debian/control.in:
    - Build-depend on libgirepository1.0-dev, libcairo2-dev, python-cairo-dev
    - python-gobject conflicts, replaces python-gi
    - Add python-gobject-cairo package
    - Add Vcs-Bzr link
  * debian/rules:
    - Don't need --enable-pygi, it is now merged
    - Install files for python-gobject-cairo
  * debian/watch:
    - Watch unstable versions
