  * Backport to Mantic (LP: #2040339)
    - d/p/ubuntu-backport-disable-newer-tests.patch: add a patch to disable

    - Re-enable libgit2 vendoring:
      - d/control: remove libgit2-dev and libhttp-parser-dev from B-D
