But now, I want to have software raid setup for it. As I understood, in case of custom partitioning for Ubuntu images, it uses:</div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">builtin: [curtin, block-meta, custom] </div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">with "storage:” configuration, which it gets from MAAS, via preseed, I guess. </div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">In case of custom images partitioning, command would be:</div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">builtin: [curtin, block-meta, simple]</div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">which will use only one disk as target.</div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">What I want to ask is how to make MAAS to pass custom storage configuration for non-ubuntu images? </div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">As I understood it should generate /curtin/configs/config-000.cfg file with custom RAID configuration here. In that case I will be able to use mdX device for installation with curtin-hooks.
