MAAS 2.4.0 is here!

Hello MAASters!
I'm happy to announce that MAAS 2.4.0 (final) is now available!

This new MAAS release introduces a set of exciting features and
improvements that improve performance, stability and usability of MAAS.

MAAS 2.4.0 will be immediately available in the PPA, but it is in the
process of being SRU'd into Ubuntu Bionic.

*PPA's Availability*
MAAS 2.4.0 is currently available for Ubuntu Bionic in *ppa:maas/stable *for
the coming week.



*sudo add-apt-repository ppa:maas/stablesudo apt-get updatesudo apt-get
install maas*

*What's new?*
Most notable MAAS 2.4.0 changes include:

   - Performance improvements across the backend & UI.
   - KVM pod support for storage pools (over API).
   - DNS UI to manage resource records.
   - Audit Logging
   - Machine locking
   - Expanded commissioning script support for firmware upgrades & HBA
   changes.
   - NTP services now provided with Chrony.
