Hi Yinon,
You must have a dynamic range for auto discovery because that dynamic 
range gets used as the DHCP address pool for unknown hosts. Since your 
current configuration has a brought the DHCP server online, maybe just 
add a small dynamic range to your current configuration. I suspect that 
you can get away with a dynamic range of only half a dozen addresses at 
the moment.

The "no free leases" message is caused by the lack of a dynamic address 
range.

The name "vlan-5005" is just an internal name that MAAS made up for your 
subnet.
